I’m thrilled you’re considering taking one of my courses! My courses bring together 20 years of tools, practices, and lived experience to help women like you find yourself and remind you of who you truly are. I believe you have everything you need within you already and my role is to help you claim your inner authority and sovereignty. I like to think my teaching style is fun and interactive. My stepdaughter calls me ‘human sunshine” and I really love that and try to embody it as much as possible. We go deep but have lots of fun along the way. It’s kind of like how on my desk sits a stone Buddha and a Bob Mackie glitter Barbie doll. I see myself as a blend of the two. If I could coat the world in (eco-friendly) glitter, I would) I’m positive, compassionate, non-judgmental, and effective.

Yes! You don’t need any writing experience to take one of my courses. They’re perfect for the absolute beginner, all the way to a seasoned writer who wants to go deeper. These courses are less about learning the technical details of how to write perfectly and more about the process of accessing deeper parts of yourself. Think of it as personal and spiritual development through writing! Your work will not get critiqued or judged, so you can feel free to unleash your creative spirit without overthinking things. It’s an incredibly freeing practice which I think you’ll love! I know I do!
